Your average annual family vacay probably involved a tent, marshmallows and long hours in the minivan. Whilst we can pretty much guarantee that no Kardashian has ever set foot in an RV, they too enjoy the family tradition of taking a few weeks off life and travelling somewhere for some serious relaxation.
The annual Kardashian Klan holiday usually involves some far fetched exotic location pulled from a hat, and the trusty E! camera crew tag along to film the entire affair – complete with all the family squabbles you could ask for.
The family vacayed here back in 2011, just prior to Kim’s doomed marriage to basketball player Kris Humphries. They stayed at the world class Hilton Bora Bora Nui Resort, which features those over water villas you’ve seen plastered over Instagram. You probably remember this particular episode because Kim had a total meltdown after losing her $75,000 pair of diamond earrings in the ocean below their villa. Oh, to be a Kardashian.
The Greek islands were the destination of choice back in season 8 of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. The family set up shop at My Mykonos Retreat, which costs upwards of $80,000 a week to rent. Looking at the stunning views of the Aegean Sea and chic white interior, we think it’s worth every penny.
The Kardashians decided to take a break from their warm weather destinations last year and hit up the slopes in Montana during ski season. The matriarch of the family and the usual mastermind behind these family vacations, Kris Jenner, was not in attendance due to her recent separation from then husband Caitlin Jenner.
Season 9 of KUWTK saw the klan take a trip to exotic Thailand, which you probably remember because of Kendall and Kylies disappearance (for all of 5 minutes) and Kris Jenner’s shocking (but kind of hilarious) allergic reaction. Thankfully all members of the Kardashian pack made it back to the U.S safe and sound to entertain us another day. The Iliana Beach House in which they stayed throughout the vacation reportedly cost them a whopping $150,000.
