It looks like the Kardashian name will get passed on after all! Rob Kardashian, the only brother to famous sisters Kim, Khloe and Kourtney, has just popped the question to his girlfriend of just 10 weeks! After his struggle with depression and weight gain over the last few years, his fiancé Blac Chyna has been credited with helping him back to health.
Unfortunately for Rob, Blac Chyna just happens to be the long time arch nemesis of the Kardashian Klan. Let us give you the low down. Chyna was the former BFF of Kim Kardashian before they had a major falling out last year, when Kim’s little sister Kylie started dating Chyna’s ex- boyfriend Tyga.
Chyna and Tyga have a three-year-old son together, and are now both dating members of the Kardashian family – making Kylie and Rob unofficial stepparents to the same child. Confused yet? We are.
The newly engaged couple shared the news by posting a snap on Instagram featuring Chyna’s brand new bling. This post follows a whirlwind romance that the couple has recorded on their social media accounts, with Rob calling Chyna his “sunshine” and singing her praises. But it appears it isn’t all happy days, with the Kardashian family failing to congratulate Rob or Blac publicly.
source has revealed that Mom Kris Jenner believes that Chyna is “preying” on Rob “during a weak time”. The rest of the Klan, none of which have made any comments regarding the engagement, allegedly mimic this sentiment, and are concerned that Blac is using Rob to cause trouble in the family.
Chyna came under fire in April for making attempts to get in between Kylie and Tyga, posting a series of screenshots on Instagram that were reportedly from Tyga who was trying to reconcile their relationship. She also threw major shade at Kylie Jenner, when she posted a selfie wearing a pair of giant fake wax lips reminiscent of Jenner’s signature plumped up pout.
Rob probably isn’t helping the situation by posting somewhat risky memes on his socials, like the one above which was deleted soon after. We can only hope it all works out for Rob, whose life finally appears to be looking up.
