He rapped about his former retail job on his first album, where he confessed to stealing from the company on multiple occasions. Probably a good thing he will never have to apply for a job (or a police check) again.
The Pirates of the Caribbean star worked as a telemarketer for personalized stationary products prior to his debut on the small screen. He said that the worst part of the job was that “you’re (always) calling people who don’t want you to call them” – we can guarantee that he wouldn’t get any hang ups these days.

Andrew Garfield revealed to Jimmy Kimmel that he moonlighted at the coffee chain for a number of years as he tried to break into acting. He recalls thinking the job would help him with the ladies, saying he thought he was “going to be the barista that woos them all and wins them over”.

This old school beauty couldn’t wait to get to work. At 15 she started serving hot dogs at a mall after being turned down for the job of retail assistant at Nordstrom. She remembers the hot dog joint fondly, but recalls, “They ran that operation with an iron fist”.
The original silver fox used to work in a less than desirable role before he hit the big time in acting. “I sold insurance door-to-door. That’s hard work… acting is not hard work”. We would have to agree with you there, George.
